FFL Services

We are now pleased to say that we offer Federal Firearms License Services.  Our goal is to keep our services reasonably priced so starting in 2017 we actually lowered our fee for this service due to the change in the Maryland State Police (MDSP) transfer process.  Our 2019 FFL fees are as follows:

   Firearms Transfer:  $40

   Private Party Transfer: $20

All regulated firearms transfers will now also incur a $10 fee paid directly to MDSP by the buyer at the time the application is submitted.  Prices quoted are for single gun transfers, for multiple gun transfers, please contact us for pricing.

Please check the Md State Police handgun roster PRIOR to ordering your regulated firearm online.  Once you have verified your firearm is approved in the state of Md and you have ordered it, you will need to initiate the electronic form 77R via the same Md State Police website.  Once you have initiated your application you will need to bring your application number and PIN with you when you come to sign for your gun and fill out the federal forms and begin the 7 day waiting period.

Additional Information

  • There are no returns on firearms, ammo, or special order items.

  • Guns that are not picked up within 45 days of receiving them or have not been picked up after service are subject to a $25 per month storage fee. Once the value of the gun is reached, we keep the gun for payment.

  • If you have a problem with a new gun, or if your firearm in NOT legal in the state of Maryland we will assist you with the shipping of the firearm back to the manufacturer. Postage and handling costs are paid by the owner of the gun or the manufacturer.

  • Firearms that come in with magazines with a greater capacity than 10 rounds will be confiscated and disposed of unless the buyer has the required LE credentials.  It is illegal for us to transfer those magazines to a resident, and it is prohibited for us to ship the magazines out of state in conjunction with the transfer.  Thank you for your understanding.
